An experienced Advice Worker is needed in the Students' Union Advice Centre which offers students confidential, independent and free advice on a wide range of issues. Based at the Headington Hill Campus, you will be part of a small team providing a general advice, information and advocacy service for current and prospective students of Oxford Brookes University. You will also co-ordinate, prepare and deliver a series of talks on relevant topics to students across all University campuses.

You should have:
A minimum of one year's full-time advice work experience
Experience of managing your own workload and working as part of a team
The ability to learn and develop new areas of work
Working knowledge of housing law, welfare benefits, debt advice and legal processes
