Age Concern Kensington and Chelsea (incorporating Sixty Plus) works with older people across the borough, providing information, advice and practical support to help ensure dignity and wellbeing in later life.
Information and Advice Manager
£28-32k p.a. + 6% matched pension contribution
You will lead and develop our Information and Advice service, overseeing day-to-day service delivery and helping to ensure that we become the first port of call for all older people in the borough. You will supervise staff and volunteers, market the service through publications and our website, and make sure that older people are involved in everything we do.
Highly organised and an outstanding communicator, you will also need a strong track record of managing an information and advice service. Fundraising experience would be an advantage, and you must have a positive attitude towards supporting and working with older people.
