Money Advice Caseworker (part-time)
Salary: £27,000 per annum (pro rata)
20 hours per week
Fixed Term contract until 12th November 2010
(Possibility of extension to 31st March 2011)
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Toynbee Hall for a part time money advice worker to provide a high quality face to face money advice service through our Capitalise Project. Capitalise is a pan-London partnership aiming to tackle debt to the most needed Londoners, and a free face-to-face debt advice programme has been established at Toynbee Hall, with a team of advisers providing outreach debt advice services across East London.
You will have experience of providing high quality money advice and an ability to maintain your own caseload, negotiate with creditors and third parties by letter and telephone and maintain detailed casenotes and statistical records.
The deadline for completed applications is Friday 6th August 2010 at 12 noon
