Support Officer (Income Maximisation)
£21,000 - £23,000
Full time - 35 hours per week
Based at Rugby
CABA is one of the UK's leading occupational benevolent organisations providing advice, information and emotional support to clients throughout the UK and overseas.
We are currently expanding our advice and support services for Chartered Accountants and their dependants, and have a vacancy for a Support Officer providing comprehensive advice on income maximisation through telephone, email and face to face appointments.
Providing advice and support, specialising in advising clients on welfare benefits, budgeting and income maximisation, working as part of a support team, and recruiting and supporting volunteers to assist with support to clients.
Highly organised, positive, empathic and motivated, you'll work using your own initiative and as part of a newly formed, supportive team.
