Consumer caseworker
17.5 hours per week for one year initially
The post holder will have at least two years experience of consumer advice and casework and will have experience of county court civil procedures and other forms of dispute resolution procedures. They will provide initial advice, ongoing casework and representation.
Hours: 17.5 or 22.5 hours a week
Pay: £30,351 per annum pro rata
